Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post using Standard eParcel. Over 99% of orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to track your order’s progress.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Sydney.
Shipping Costs
Thick & Thin offers FREE standard shipping within Australia. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days after dispatch.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number from Australia Post to keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns Policy
At Thick & Thin, we take pride in offering high-quality, ethically made products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. Returns for products that have been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at customerservice@thickandthin.com.au. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid returns label. Simply print the label and drop off your parcel at the post office. If printing isn’t convenient, your post office can scan the label on your phone or tablet and print it for you.
Exchanges
You can exchange your product for a different size or color, or choose a different product altogether. If the exchange is for an item of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method upon request. For higher-priced exchanges, we will process the payment difference and organize the new order.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Return Timeframe
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after our Returns Team receives the item. For exchanges, you will receive an email confirmation with your exchange order and shipping details, including tracking information. For refunds, you will receive a notification once the refund is processed.
